Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us for clarification.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The item must still be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
